First of all, the place is in a locale Waterdeep that no 4th Edition sourcebook was ever made for. The contents of the book undermountaln are mostly focused on exploring this first level.

The encounters themselves are a lot of fun. So it took me two paragraphs. The Yawning Portal is given the most attention here, with details about the tavern, as well as how it can be used to enter the Undermountain.
